The Weavetech Leadership has strategically adopted the cell structure set up for its manufacturing units to enable quick decision making with a sense of ownership & responsibility for quality & productivity.

Under this Cell Structure approach it has established five separate "cell-units", each complete with state-of-art CNC machines & fully equipped QC rooms to provide complete parts & assemblies that will meet customer requirements & expectations.

Spindle Manufacturing & Assembly Line Spindles are the heart & soul of a Twisting machine. Weavetech is the only Indian company that manufactures its own spindles for use in their own machines. It is the only Indian manufacturer that produces both the Twisting Machine & the complete range of Spindles.

Weavetech has invested heavily in a state-of-the-art Spindle Production & Assembly line which includes highly advance multi-axis CNC machines along with auto-loading-unloading facilities to reduce the human intervention to minimum. This ensures consistent output quality for the customers throughout the production volume. The entire process undergoes rigorous quality checks & controls. The final balancing on Swiss Precision balancing machines with built in quality control reduces human errors & ensures optimum accuracies & results for customers.

Each finished spindle is engraved with the production lot. This makes it possible to trace immediately, whenever needed, the history of each spindle’s component and to get all the data necessary to evaluate its performance.

At the heart of this R&D is the Solutions Engineers Team (SET), a unique, hand-picked bunch of highly-skilled engineers who have years of combined experience in twisted yarns, woven fabrics and associated technologies. Weavetech innovation policy encourages a free flow of knowledge and exchange of ideas to ensure that the Solution Engineers Team can hunt out newer developments, enhance efficiency levels, adapt to changes as well as help customers adapt to change quickly.

With the help of this team, Weavetech ensures new ideas are continuously generated based on market demands. The team also ensures that these ideas taking shape in design as per the client''s needs are augmented with cost-efficient technologies, put though rigorous tests and upgraded at definite intervals to address transformations of the fast-changing industry scenarios.
